INAUT at the IFAT Munich

INAUT took part as exhibitor at the world’s leading fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management very successfully and presented the solutions for environmental technology automation called invilution and cloud automation to an interested professional audience. Wastewater treatment plant expansion

The integration of 7 sewage pumping stations into the present system was successfully completed. A S7-1200 was used as PLC. Planning, switch cabinet construction and measurement technology were delivered by INAUT. Additionally the integration into the present HMI-system (WinCC OA) of the sewage plant and the assembly of the switch cabinet as well as the measurement technology were part of the order. The first electrical inspection of installations was carried out also.

First composting plant in Spain

Our first composting plant in Spain was commissioned in December 2015. The Epele plant provides boxes as well as covered windrows for composting. It is located in the northern Spanish Basque region. The plant input is organic waste and green cuttings and the capacity is 22.000 tons per year. INAUT was responsible for planning, switch cabinet construction, measurement technology, software and commissioning as usual.

Smart Engineering at the FH St. Pölten

The FH St. Pölten offers the course Smart Engineering for the first time. INAUT is partner of this educational institution and two employees will be among the first graduates.

“Together with you as educational partner of the first Smart Engineering year, we have not just taken the hurdle of study programme accreditation, but also mastered the first Smart Engineering months with bravura.

Cloud Automation stays on the road to success

Three plants were equipped with Cloud Automation. The Software is very versatile and enables mobile access to your plant. It is operated simply by using an internet browser.

In the Czech Cesky Krumlov a composting plant with 4 temperature measurement probes, 4 frequency converters and a temperature sensor for the exhaust air to the Biofilter is controlled with Cloud Automation. In the polish city of Poznan and in Oran, Algeria, the software is used for container solutions with temperature measurement probes for composting.



New Biogas Plant Jialihe in China with invilution

Not far from the existing plant in Changan, a new biogas plant in the Shandong Province was commissioned. Because the biogas plant in Changan is running successfully, we were able to win a customer in the neighbourhood for invilution Biogas. The plant capacity is 300 cubic meters per hour.

INAUT delivered the whole EMSR technology. Of course the plant is well equipped with software, measurement technology and control cabinets from our company.

Electric arc furnace for VOEST

INAUT received the order for works on the electric arc furnace at the VOEST plant Traisen in Lower Austria. The system will be used to melt the metal for the production of special steel alloys. We delivered switchgear (Siemens with Touchpanel), software for control and visualization, wiring and commissioning.

The delivery of the components started in May 2015. The plant is already fully operational about a month later.

Serial production of UL-panels

We received an order for serial production of UL-panels for a manufacturer of equipment for quality control of glass. We will deliver planning and construction of about 12 UL508a panels per year. The panels will be distributed across the United States.

Montero roof tiles of Bramac

In the Lower Austrian city of Pöchlarn extensions and modifications of the production line for Montero roof tiles were carried out. There were four partial orders. The work included switch cabinet construction, modification of consisting switch cabinets, wiring, software development for control and visualization, test and commissioning.


The delivery of the components was carried out in March 2015. The commissioning was completed about a month later.
