Our first invilution plant is located in the Czech city of Dublovice, which already runs since 2011. The system evolved in the meanwhile. During ongoing operation the software upgrade to the current version of invilution was performed. Thus the plant is once again state of the art.
A hardware and software upgrade on a local sewage plant has been completed successfully. The system was in operation for 18 years and upgrading was pressing and necessary. This is why the generation of the control technology was changed from SAIA PDC1 to SAIA PCD2.M4. Thus the plant is well equipped for the next years.
A new potable water tank was installed at a Lower Austrian water supply plant. The new hardware and software was integrated into the system with a SAIA-PLC and a WinCC OA-HMI. Therefore the switch cabinet was expanded with necessary hardware and a touch panel for local operation was installed. Additionally the control software for the filling operation of the new tank was programmed.
Karlovy Vary is located in western Czech Republic and since recently there is a biological drying plant. INAUT delivered wiring additionally to planning, switch cabinet construction, software and commissioning.
At Mumbai a roofed composting plant was commissioned in May. The macanical-biological waste treatment plant has a capacity of 185.000 tons per year. INAUT was responsible for planning, switch cabinet construction, control technology and commissioning.
Our know-how was requested for optimizing the reclaimer in Holcim near the Ecuadorian city of Guayaquil. Through our commitment the machine output was increased by 30%.
